The Landings at Wells Branch neighborhood has a community park located at 801 1/2 Thrasher Glade Dr.
The posted rules are as follows
- The park is for the use of residents and invited guests only
- No glass containers
- Please dispose of all trash properly
- No motorized vehicles of any kind
- No reservations
- No alcoholic beverages
- All pets must be on a leash
- No loud music permitted
In addition to the posted community rules, all property in the neighborhood is within the City of Austin and subject to City of Austin Code of Ordinances § 3.4.6 which requires pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please be a good neighbor and always clean up after your pets.
The park consists of a full concreted basketball court, adjacent green space, a children’s playscape, and a covered patio with two picnic tables.
